International Delivery and Customs

Please be aware that international shipping to some countries may take 4-6 weeks or longer due to customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or destination country's clearance procedures. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. In such cases, we can only wait to see if the package is returned to us, and we can then provide an exchange or refund.

Shipping policy

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
