Order Processing Time

Once you place an order with us, please allow 2-7 business days for processing. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. It may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If there are any issues with your payment or address information, it may cause a delay in processing.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as customs clearance and weather conditions. Here is an estimate of the shipping times:

Shipping Guarantee

We are committed to delivering your order in a timely manner. If your item takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination, we will refund the cost of shipping or provide a partial refund if shipping was free:

• USA (Mainland): 40 days
• USA (Other): 45 days
• Canada: 40 days
• Australia: 40 days
• New Zealand: 40 days
• UK: 45 days
• Rest of World: 60 days

We want to assure you that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do our best to ensure that you receive your order within the specified time frames.

International Delivery and Customs

For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for customs taxes, duties, and fees charged by your government. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any additional fees. It is recommended to contact your country's customs office for more information on charges and rates for packages coming from outside your country.

Please be aware that international shipping to some countries may take 4-6 weeks or longer due to customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or destination country's clearance procedures. Additionally, shipping to certain countries may require additional fees due to geographical location.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the buyer. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the address. In such cases, we can only wait to see if the package is returned to us, and we can then provide an exchange or refund.

At YOUR MAGIC CLEAN, we strive to provide you with a risk-free shopping experience. If your order does not arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in full for the item. We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process and will provide updates on any delays or issues that may arise.

Shipping policy

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL If you have any questions, email us at hi@yourmagicclean.com.

Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of purchase.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $3 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product.
